Complaint about matchmaking

@DragonoidPrimePeople have been complaining about SBMM for years, myself included. There was a big blog post about it in November of 2022 (https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/news/matchmaking-2023) listing all the things they planned to do with SBMM in 2023.  Nothing appears to have been done and matchmaking has actually gotten worse, IMO.

Matchmaking that is arguably the worst of any MMFPS in history, a dramatic increase in cheaters, Respawn's lack of any controls for smurfing, over tuned aim assist, and bad netcode hit detection has made the game increasingly unplayable for Average Joe gamer.

@Midnight9746@Midnight9746I mean that Respawn/EA don't see any problem. It's whole community does see it but that's not enough to change anything because it's free to play game. Changes what we are asking will not give Respawn/EA any raw profit so i'd not expect anything. It's easier for Respawn/EA to call us all "Don Quixote from La Mancha" pointing out that we see problem wherwe it's not located. While the fact is that quality of Apex Legends game fell so low that it looks like Respawn/EA don't respect EULA and ToS witch all of us accepted.

So now my question is : Who will sue them?

Because from my point of viev, because of all cheating, unballanced MM and smurfs in game and lack of any movement in any of these topics from developer side, this product starts to be dangerous and should be banned from any distribution.

I just had a match where a team was two silver 2's, and a plat 1. I thought this sort of matchmaking isn't suppose to happen, guess not. Also, there was current diamonds in the match as well. I'm currently in silver, and if the game thinks I'm good enough to fight diamonds, it should fast track me to at least plat. It makes no sense to force players to grind out ranked while they're already in the pred lobbies.
