I play apex legends on Xbox and when I do I normally play ranked with my friends on PC. They all have the options to use controllers on PC so I think it’s only fair that I have the option to use mouse and keyboard on console (atleast while playing in PC lobbies). Why isn’t this already a feature? Will it be in the future and if not, why not? How much player feedback would be required to make this happen?
@SolitaryMassacre On current gen consoles like ps5 or xbox sx you can get same experience as a PC gaming.
And in most modern multiplayer games this is so.
But not in Apex... there are no technical restrictions to do this (also i think it is possible to unlock fps to get 120 fps)
@SolitaryMassacre yes, xbox sx/ss and ps5 have native suppor keybord and mouse, but developers neds to support this in game.
In game you have a mark what device you use and players are matched based on input device, not platform
