(Console) Sensetivity/FOV

What settings do you guys play on currently, I'm finding it hard to find the ideal ones right now and my aim has went to crap.. looking at all these people beaming is triggering haha. Wanting feedbac...

@DaleFox2012 I'm 6 view 5 optics. You have to get used to control small movement of joystick and gain good control with lower settings then you can increase it by 1 until after lots of practice you can't get it higher without shooting worse.
