I just have a quick question, when I email EA and get a response saying that they “no longer monitor this email” I know that is self explanatory in itself, but my question is how can I get help or some transparency?

if your account has been hacked you need to take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/
