The teams need to be of equal skill fighting other teams of equal skill. The current design is flawed. This mode could be so fun but Respawn refusing to do skill-based matchmaking for a capture point mode is flabbergasting to say the least.

I'm not sure if you'll read this, but if you do, I want you know that I thoroughly enjoy the Control Point mode. In addition to be a super fun team deathmatch (and basically the team rumble version for Apex), this mode is also the perfect way for me to warm up for Battle Royale as well as practicing new characters as well.
I hope we can see a scenario where we get Control Point as a permanent mode someday. If you guys can, I know for sure I wouldn't bounce around between Apex and some of your other competitor's games.
