I'm checking this device; most players use it. Is it considered a legitimate cheating device? I play normally; why is everyone using this device in Apex Legends?

As Mande said, AA alone isn't enough for people with controllers anymore. Many players use jitter. They're reaching for anything they can to completely eliminate recoil. In fact, Zeus also recently recorded a very interesting video about this on his YT channel. Anyone who wants to know what a terrible state the game is in knows.
Now I understand why some controllers look fine, while others have 99% accuracy at all ranges.
I'm waiting and popping popcorn for these people to get banned (I know they never will, but you know... you have to dream).
