I was given a cosmetic duplicate from my apex pack. I received two of the same exact Gibraltar “arctic” skins in the same apex pack. Any help on this issue of how we can resolve it so I can be compensated for the money I lost trying to obtain cosmetic items of which I was cheated out of would be great. Thanks.
Actually this is SUPER GOOD. I spent a lot of money on Apex Packs to unlock the Wraith Heirloom(i did it) and now they are giving more free packs. So duplicates should be active.
I think if Duplicates are a thing with the free packs they they should atleast award some crafting metals depending on the rarity of the duplicate im not saying a legendary should give 1200 crafting metals but maybe 600 and epics could give 200 etc just give half of what a item would cost
