@KrakaDrak Passive should include mentioning of the climbing ability, or it will climb just like normal characters. Also, that passive is a mirroring of Wraith's blue tier upgrade, Sixth Sense.
Passive should be more like Revenant's, or unique, if you want the climbing.
Here's a thought: Changes gravity when running into objects while they touch those objects. Thus jumping off the object returns normal gravity. This could allow for scaling walls and even walking on ceilings, with a unique animation of crawling on the surface, and they can still shoot, but their hitbox is wide due to crawling on the surface.
Cannot slide while crawling, jumping reverts gravity to main and they fall to normal ground, unless they hit another surface and gravitize to it, crawling on it instead.
No other need for other effects as that alone could be considered very powerful.
What upgrades have you thought of? Perhaps Sixth Sense would be a blue tier upgrade on this like it is on Wraith?
Void Bomb could be too OP due to ring burn. In Mixtape and central it could be fine, but in final ring and edge running it would be too OP because ring burn. Cast on enemy at the edge, watch as they get crispied. Free win.
I've been thinking of ways an Ultimate could combat that while managing to do those sorts of slows, but I can't seem to figure something quite right.
My best has been Server Wide, but the problem with that is it's server wide.
Localized is too OP.
I've also thought of a shadow man who has a similar tactical to yours, just not with such penalties.
I've made another who is anti weapons who relies on melee and swift charging abilities to compete.
I've made a list of over 75 concepts.
I've also made a list of Partnership Perks for existing legends. Yet to apply that to my concepts. More because I want to see if the devs accept Partnership perks. If they do, then I'll apply it to my concepts. Until then, keeping the concepts to current standards: Passive, Tactical, Ultimate, Upgrades. Partnership would piggyback off Upgrades, using the same skill points as Upgrades, causing players to make a choice: default upgrade, or partnership upgrade?
Would also give a stronger reason to report abandoneers for Sabotage, in cases where people chose a partnership perk but then the person left the game, probably deleting their skill point in the process, thus making the game that much harder for the person.
