Create adjustable "ping" audio option (spam pinging)

Would be great if a person can choose the level of the ping sound. Far to many times when someone is knocked, they spam ping. When this occurs, it is very hard to hear footsteps and other audio that ...

@rmdkilla   You can deactivate player pings during or before a game in the squad menu.

    Having no ping in Apex does not work.
