Cross progression

Hi, so I recently was getting back into the game and I was trying to use cross progression for my steam account because I recently came to PC and my apex acct with all my stuff is in my Xbox and for some reason after linking my Xbox and steam it’s still not working and I don’t know what to do now.

Zyniccee Your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account level, (not on any individual platform account), so if you had unlinked your Xbox Account from its EA Account, that would be why as your Apex progress and data cannot be transferred, (or merged), to another EA Account.

Ok so it is possible for me to merge my Xbox with my steam? I really don’t wanna restart again from level 600 with $500 over spent on the game

Zyniccee Wherever you play the game, your Apex progress and data is stored on the connected EA Account.

If your Steam and Xbox Accounts are linked to two different EA Accounts, then it is not possible to transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress and data between the accounts.

While it was possible to merge your Apex progress and data between October of 2023 and April of 2024 for platform accounts linked to the same EA Account, now when you link a platform account, it can only access the Apex progress and data that is stored on the same EA Account.
