Community ManagerThanks Mordecaehm14, just to clarify as you've mentioned a couple different things now. Your Epic account is completely unrelated here, right? You've just played on Steam and PlayStation? You had mentioned an Epic account originally, which is why I wanted to be sure you weren't talking about two completely separate accounts.
If these are the only two platforms you play on and they're both linked to the same EA account, cross progression is already active. There's no way to manually activate this. If it's not picking up all your content, can you try logging back in on PlayStation? Is it visible there and not on your Steam account, or not at all?
Typically the only option in these cases is to make sure your account has been re-linked to the correct EA account, specifically if it was ever unlinked or moved to another EA account in the past.
