Crossplay account merge??

I was wondering how this crossplay would workout if we have different the same email on PSN and PC but different progress since there was no crossplay before. I have bought some skins on PC and some on PSN. Would those purchases be able to be merged into one account???

There's not going to be account merging when they release crossplay:
lead producer Drew McCoy explained: "Unfortunately we won't ever be able to do cross-progress or cross-purchases, which is a bummer, but due to the way systems were set up early on we an't reconcile it after the fact."
