Crypto’s passive buff

Crypto’s passive absolutely sucks. It’s not very useful and not very fair as bloodhounds ability does the same thing as cryptos passive but for free. Instead crypto’s drone should have sentience like an auto titan. You can leave the drone somewhere or you can have it follow you around. This will make crypto a much better pick and a solid choice for the team and will allow crypto to participate in battle without having to worry about his drone getting destroyed. And In the crypto trailer you can see his drone following him while he’s running.

    @Nighthalfling U ever heard of this guy asking for so and so buff
    Low rate/ high win
    Besides, if it's some simple idea that would be useful and fair
    They would frustrating to deal wuth

    @Nighthalfling One of the items in the itemized 'fix' request post was that the drone would follow you around, which would be quite fantastic and bring crypto from terrible to useable. He would encroach into bloodhoun's space a little bit but I think they are separate enough not to matter.

    I dont think the devs even read these but ive been saying since crypto came out that since he has 2 drone modes most dont use he helicopter mode so in that case if the buffed that to where when switch the mode to helicopter it flys on its on in 20 meter radius if crypto it would give other ledgens an idea of where hes located but it would be able to move on its own and scan all on his range hight shouldnt matter

    I completely disagree that it is useless. Take away the passive and crypto has nothing. Think about it. Also think about the continuous reveal you get from the passive. Could the passive be made a part of the drone? Absolutely! Does he need a real passive. Absolutely!

    the best thing respawn can do to fix and rework cyrpto with balance

    1. go camo during in drone. drone mode only last 13sec. after 13sec of drone mode, 15sec recharge. when off drone mode, timer stops

    2. when activating ability, crypto throws drone like grenade wherever. Hit the ability again to go into drone mode. Allows for faster drone placement wherever for more aggressive combat

    3. increase drone scan meter to 50 or 70m. when drone is still, it's less noisy and less glow effect harder to see

    4. emp only does 25 damage to teammates

    they can nerf him by decreasing emp range and decreasing range of how far the drone can go from him
