Crypto drone QoL improvement

Given that Crypto is a HACKER, his passive should reflect that.  I would suggest adding to his passive or change it to giving Crypto a personal benefit of Aim Assist while his drone is out and pings opponents.  At least you can legitimately say he's Hacking.  This would work by making bullets bigger or his targeting bigger so that they hit a target easier.

Tactically, every time his drone pings an opponent that it reduces the CD off his drone respawning when destroyed.  Say 2 sec., once per new opponent or 1 sec. constant.  On average you're not going to ping more than 1-6 opponent before it gets destroyed.  The drone is nice.  It's power is in freely roaming around, but beyond that, once destroyed, you have to wait 30 sec until respawn.  Then Crypto becomes a base character without abilities.  Alternatively, give the drone more health.  I've seen it get lasered so fast that it's ridiculous.

For his Ultimate, I'd suggest that it scales up to 3 shield bars removed and/or that the slow/disorientation (like an arc star) last a few seconds longer.  The problem with Crypto is that all of his abilities are tied to his drone.
