@catmix666 I've always said that I think he needs a slight tweak. I think reworking him completely into just hacking situations wont do so much good. there are hardly enough things that he could hack. plus, he's all about preparation, not hacking, so the idea of a surveillance legend is perfect for him.
I think that what he needs isn't a change of tactical and ultimate, but a change in HOW is tactical is used. Instead of entering drone view, we should be able to click the tactical button once to deploy the drone to wherever you are pointing (stops after about 30 meters so you cant throw your drone to the other side of the map, but still keeps you just out of range of your EMP) and then a second click to mark the spot that you want the drone to face. Any click after that changes where the drone faces and you recall it the same as you do now.
My reasoning for this is that he is a super strong character, but the only thing that holds him back from being a top 3-4 character is that when he is in drone view he is effectively a sitting duck and can't help his team much.
I think that this suggestion solves that issue without overpowering him.
