Current state of the Apex servers and rank

Due to the current state of the servers not being able to cooparate. I think it would be best to disable all sorts of rank penalty from being kicked out and to also be compensated for the lost points due to the servers not being able to function properly. It does get hard to gain the points lost in platinum and higher rank, since the penalty double the points that you lose...
