Damage Feels Rigged

Say for a moment, all guns deal 20 damage each bullet, of course they don't, but lets pretend. Some days, it feels like its doing that, other days it feels like its dealing 18, while others it feels ...

probably because of the game garbage 20 hz server that couldn't track all the shots and sh*t happen at the same time. This problam is amplify especially against some tough target like Gibby and rampart's wall. sometimes I dump a whole R99 with blue mag into his body, even with purple armor he should be dead already but sometimes he is still standing which forces me to give him a punch or an "11" damage shotgun hit.

    @KissYourHomieUwU I thought I was the only one who had that issue. Its sad that its happening to a lot of people and isn't being addressed.
