Dealing with bans after account being hacked
Hello everyone,
I know that recently the team at EA and Apex Legends have been pushing hard for cracking down on hackers, cheaters, etc. However, I have search through the forums and other websites discussing this and I have not been able to get any clear answer. What happens in a case of a known hack of an account and that hacker using that account for hacking? For example, this has happened to me and the support tickets have been less than antiquate in both time of responses and actual review of the incident. Again, I am not asking for a the ban to be lifted, which would be great, but I believe that this is something that needed to be brought forward. For example, while I was away, my account had been hacked and logged in two separate countries, neither of which I have been to nor live in, and after going through the proper channels to ensure that it cannot happen again, I have still received that my account is still banned. I included that my purchase information that I have used has stated that I am in the United States and also included the emails alerting me to logging in in two different locations. I wanted to raise awareness of such issues. Here are also the linked images that I included with said help tick before it were closed.

I'm not 100 how it works but you could appeal it as a regular ban.
I Don't know if the ToS team checks for if the account was hijacked.For now i just recommend looking into account security tips.
