Those suggestions would make revanant extremely op. revanant is good were he is.

May I suggest avoid using term "useless" please? he has some issues, but he is not useless. He is not a good option like other to be taken in pred, pro or tournaments, but he is good for casual matches, he just need a small buff to become more viable for serious matches. I like his character and voice lines and surely developers spend a lot of time for story, design and abilities and it shouldn't be treated/called as "useless", just say it needs a bit improvement or a small buff.
