"WHY are there 2 Playlists IF BOTH playlists do the exact same thing?"
Just because they both use SBMM does NOT mean that they do the same thing. One playlist is for people who absolutely need to see how they measure up against other players, and one is for people who don't care how they measure up against other players. In neither case, says Respawn, is there any reason to let the best players have their way with enemies of significantly lower skill. Regardless of whether that prevents you from teaming with buddies.
"They HAVE to be mixed in a CASUAL playlist. Otherwise you have TWO Ranked playlists."
No, they don't. And no, you don't. Not sure how many ways I can keep explaining this one. At some point you have to acknowledge that even if you don't see the point, there must still be one. The alternative is that Respawn has maintained SBMM in an unranked playlist for five years through an oversight. Sure, if that's what you want to believe.
"CASUAL = FOR FUN.It is NOT COMPETITIVE."
This is your own personal take on the situation. Many people would agree with you. Many would not. Including, if I'm allowed to say it one more time, the developer.
On a side note, pubs or ranked, the game remains the same. The objective (to win) remains the same. If you choose to play them differently then that's on you. One of them is not inherently more or less competitive than the other. The only playlist in this game that is inherently less competitive than any other is the firing range. Maybe you should take your friends there?
"DO you know what SMURFING is?"
I was always under the impression that it was the creation of an alternate account in order to temporarily fool SBMM into giving a lower skill lobby to a higher skill player. Maybe you kids mean something different these days.
"my friends told me to make a new account so THEY dont have to play against master/pred over and over again."
And the fact that you're doing it for their benefit somehow makes the act of slaughtering lower skilled players by the hundred a noble act? You keep telling yourself that.
I'm really getting the impression that we're just going to have to agree to disagree here. But I'll tell you this much: I wouldn't be surprised if one day the developer finally does relent and create a truly random matched playlist just like you want. Other games have certainly tried it. I think it would be a worthwhile experiment. I also think that in the end that's all it would be. Probably short-lived and almost certainly, by any objective measure, a failure. But also, maybe not. History isn't always right.
