That’s an interesting idea.
Instead of keeping the Turbocharger as it is, removing it and giving the Devotion a charge-retention mechanic like the Nemesis would be a better way to buff it.
It would moderate the power spike, allowing for a meaningful buff without making the weapon OP. This change might also prevent Ballistic from completely steamrolling enemies with the Devotion during his Ultimate. It could be the key to bringing back Ballistic and his valuable movement speed buffs for the team.
