@Srksii If you're clicking on the "hurtful or offensive speech", this sadly only reports text chat, it doesn't report the voice chat. (Even though it 100% should).
I suggest turning the voice/text to "friends only". You can find this in the setting's "Gameplay" tab, labled as "Communication Filter".
EA rather moderate text chat, ignore verbal harassment, unless its a recording (otherwise its just "hersay"), while banning anyone, and everyone who says almost anything, even if its "I'm gay" - if they got reported by another player.
Its ridiculous censorship.
From what others have been saying, the system ignores the situation when someone verbally harasses you, threatens you, acts racist, etc. and EA's response is to go "*shrug*, not my problem", and what's even dumber, is that people are purposly trying to get a reaction out of other players, just to go "mommy, they said a baaaaaad word!!!"
So, you get banned for something mild, while the other person is still allowed to play.
I don't wanna bother with recording, that requires putting up with the abuse. I'm NOT putting up with toxic players, hence why I suggest flat out keeping them all muted. If they wanna be toxic, they can scream at the void, because I'm not there to hear what sounds like a 30 year old man, scream and cuss, like they're 3.
