Does every skin/cosmetic have a chance to drop in Apex pack?

I couldn't find an answer to this question and I was wondering, do every skin in this game have a chance to drop when you open an apex pack as it says that Legendaries have a certain % so I assume al...

@Astropithecus_93 Yes, you can open absolutely everything. But when you open most things (80%), it starts giving you 15-30 crafting material and one skin / voice line etc.

@MoNosDirtyGaming Maybe I didn't express myself correctly. You can open everything in the game, but the limited skins (from the events - no)

  You can get event skins from normal Apex packs. I opened an Apex pack I got from leveling up and I got the Sea Stalker spitfire skin. (This was after the event was already over.)

@MoNosDirtyGaming Maybe in the future they will add them to other skins, but for now they are "unique"
