Does the game fully “unlock” if I buy ultimate pass?

As in. Would that allow me to play a full match without a game logic error?  Or have the bullets that land on target actually give points?  Or have a TDM that is not 6vs3? Or have a full squad on gun run?  

is this how you get your money now?  The game only works for paying players?
