DONT put me in the same team with low lvls please

Im lvl 45 myself and a solo player, players under lvl 5 dont even know the basics and are often just a burden. I'd rather up the wait time a bit to find a suitable team.

So by your logic I should say that you're too low level to play with me? Being just level 45 and all? If your on my team I should just get all upity and complain about being matched with you because you're a much lower level than I am? Everybody has to start somewhere You were level 1 once, I was level 1 once too. How you feel right now is probably how people who got matched up with you felt when they saw you as a level 1.

People need to learn to play and people will make mistakes and take time to learn just as anybody playing a new game would. If you want to play solo then you're pretty much bringing it upon yourself. Think of it like being stuck behind a learner driver right? You have to be patient, you can't sit there like "Oh I should only be on the road with people who have my level of driving skill" and so on. You just be patient and carry on with your day, if your team dies then just go it solo, surviving gives you the bulk of your EXP anyway so just survive, it's pretty easy if you play it smart enough.

I was fortunate enough to play the game day 1 so everyone was on the same level. If i started as a level 1 today I wouldnt want hardcore players carrying my rookie *, I would want to get the learning curve like Im supposed to.

Your problem here is that you're playing a Team game, as an individual.
(I've bolded the key words in that sentence for you).
If you're finding problems with matching with low-levelled players (not that a level reflects any bearing whatsoever on a players skill in FPS games), then might I suggest you simply find someone to party up with and play as a trio regularly to avoid this problem yourself?

  And thats where you are wrong. Read back what I'd just written about knowing keys locations and other critical information about the weapons, the map, the characters or whatever else.
  You might be a GOD mechanically but if I get to that tier3 armor (and I will because I know where to look) before you could even look at a measly Mozambique, you're out.
  I don't think it's an ungodly thing to expect that my partners should at least know the very basics of the game/genre when I'm flying solo. Yes, I've had enough with strangers getting themselves killed 2 minutes into a game thus ruining my experience aswell. There are always bad starts and bad runs, heck I've been killed countless times minute 1 but I'm not actively seeking death like the rookies because of their lack of knowledge. If it only happened every now and then I wouldn't say anything but it's literally every.other.game. It's VERY frustrating.
  And I shouldn't be forced to find a team because the matchmaking is badly designed.

  Team-based games require some individuality. Before you can work with a team, you need to work with yourself. Otherwise, people will know you're not pulling your own weight. There's a reason why people get hyped about 1v3 scenarios. Because it's those plays that help ensure that you can win. Counterstrike doesn't let you win just telling them where the enemy is, you need to be able to make the plan for 3+ varying outcomes. Too many times I have seen a 2v1 situation where the single enemy beats the other two teammates because their collective skill level couldn't out-gun that one person.
  And telling people to find other players to squad up with doesn't always work as a counter point. Most people that find a squad would only play for a couple of games and then immediately forget each other. And did you ever think that some people don't really have friends that either play this game or have any at all?
  Just because YOU are not like that, doesn't mean it reflects upon the MAJORITY of players. You can't just come in and say, "It's a team game", as a valuable retort. At the very least, TRY to elaborate. Rather than give people a simplified sentence that sounds like it's coming from someone who is just as knowledgeable as a primary schooler first learning about racism.
