Duos queue no teammate

In the game Apex Legends, currently the duo queue isn't working, because every time I load into a duos match, I get no teammate. I also make sure the fill teammates is on, and restart my computer frequently, so it's not my computer. This happens %100 of the time and really needs to be fixed fast considering its an obvious competitive disadvantage against my will. Please try to get around to looking into the duos matchmaking servers and fix this.
