I would like to clarify:
the map has plenty of highground spots.
But the problems are:
- There are very cruel chokepoints and make the map kill enemies due to ring-choke, this is bad.
- There is tons of cover, making long range weapons obsolete, this is bad, because they are part of the game and thus should be useful.
- There are tons of tall spikes on the map or wierd structures that heavily compliment vertical mobility legends, this is bad because every legend should be equally useful on every map.
What frustrates me is that the developers made the perfect map with world's edge, that's season 3. And since then we haven't had one map that managed to be better than it. I swear, make me a developer for a day and I'll grab a flat plain, add a few rocks and buildings to it, some fancy nature scenery, and the map is amazing.
No cover everywhere, no skyscraper-like structures for mobility legends to abuse, no mountain ranges to choke teams and make it so the map kills people etc.

"There are very cruel chokepoints and make the map kill enemies due to ring-choke"
This is a feature of every map, although I will concede that it may be slightly worse on e-district. I guess this is why they introduced mobile jump towers to the game? Not to mention that the map has its fair share of permanent jump towers.
"There is tons of cover, making long range weapons obsolete, this is bad, because they are part of the game and thus should be useful."
Agreed. Though I'm sure Respawn could tell us if marksman and sniper weapons see less use on this map, and I'm guessing they don't. Harder to use? Yup. Used less? Probably not.

Here I have to disagree. Every legend IS useful on every map. Some maps may lend more opportunities to some legends. But having mained Valk through the King's Canyon gut job, I can tell you that whatever gains I get from e-district I more than gave up on King's. And again, that's not even mentioning the mobile jump tower that any legend can carry. In fact, if I was going to say that e-district favors any particular kind of legend then it would be controllers, with all the buildings and doorways, etc. Though in the end I think you're right to point out that mobility is king in this game. But it always was, imo. Not a new feature of e-district.- 4 months ago
I feel like they fixed a lot of choke points on Olympus. Hopefully they fix E-district like they fixed Olympus. I used to hate Olympus but it is much better now.
