From what I can read it sounds like you are banned and think this was a false positive.

Your account status is between you and the EA Terms of Service Team.
If you feel like this ban was applied incorrectly to your account, you best reach out to them by emailing them.
They will review your case and lift the ban if it turns out this was a false positive.
