6 years agoIf you believe your account to have been compromised, you can reach out to support at help.ea.com to investigate and verify a compromise. This should hopefully provide usable evidence to retraive the account.
@Elamami3440 Please don't ask for personally identifying information like email addresses. This isn't something we should be sharing on AHQ, it's no business of folks here.

@Elamami3440 It's ok, we just don't use/ask for email addresses here. The forums aren't really the place to discuss individual bans, and that discussion is between an affected person and out relevant teams.
As linked in Zeel's post, banned accounts should use the appeals process already in place. I just added an extra step that can sometimes help.
