EA has banned my account and didn’t accused me of cheating which I did not do!

I am in complete disbelief of EA, currently. My account was hacked and once I get it back it says client account banned or something like that when I try to play matches. So I decide to contact EA which is pretty tough right now due to covid which is understandable... But they don’t even talk to me personally they just send me an email once I made a case saying I was CHEATING! What the heck is this I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game why would I do that!?! And they won’t be lifting the ban. I know this sounds ridiculous but I know two influencers on tik tok in person and I think this story would make some great content for their millions of followers!

    @MickyMC77 That isn't good. If you didn't cheat and they banned you, that's unfortunate.

    That being said, I don't think some tiktok people will change anything. Plus, since this is the internet, you could very well be lying.

    @Elamami3440 It's possible that his account was hacked, and the hacker then used the account to use cheats in-game.
    It's hard to back up without proof though.

    @Sir_Named I agree tik tok won’t do anything but it puts my story out there on what’s going on I was surprised to see I’m not the only one going through this.

    @Elamami3440 I would be more than happy to provide proof but how could I do that now that my account is banned? It doesn’t make much sense

    @Sir_Named Also one other thing a week or two before this happened I did join a lobby with a random who wasn’t pleased with my performance in game and had some choice words he did threaten to get me banned I’ve had that threatened many times before I didn’t think it was actually possible he said something about my IP I just wish I could get my account back I’ve spent so much money on it at least 2 or maybe even closer to 3 hundred dollars
