EA Ruined My life, mostly.
EA is just like any other Customer Support, it's just I've had the pain of constantly having to use it, which makes me realize that. I mean, they refuse to read anything I send them, and constantly tell me no matter what I say it's not gonna change the fact that my account was perma-banned 6 months ago; have they even took a second out of their schedule to read a single word out of the total of about 10,000 words I've wasted trying to explain stuff to them?
What? You're a veteran? Started playing on March 2019? Rank 190? 1 KDR is bad for a rank 190? 500 hours, wow. No matter what I do they say the same thing, I can't do a single thing to try and get my account back, since I can't say anything that makes reasonable sense since that doesn't "matter". --> Eventually an actual person logged on when I was using live chat; and told me straight to my face "It doesn't matter if you have 1 KDR as a rank 190". Keep in mind I'm trying my hardest to not swear and be respectful, I still want to have a chance getting my account back.
EA ruined my goddamn life, not because of their idiot Customer Support (partly), but mainly because they buried this dumb game into my head and I can't help but think of it. You know what happened just an hour ago? I cried, I balled my eyes out after watching 1 clip.
Apex made me cry because of how nostalgic it was.
