Hey @K9X_Anas,

I'm afraid if our Terms of Service team has reviewed this multiple times and declined to remove a penalty, that will be final.

This is not something we're able to change here on the forums or anywhere else aside from the normal appeal process.

What I would like to request is a reduction of the penalty instead of a permanent ban. I understand all the rules and regulations. Please understand my situation and how losing my account in this way could cause me severe stress.
@EA_Mako please man help me with that , i dont know what shall i do else
