So you raise a case, hear nothing from EA they just close it and when you complain you just get this

Your hell desk is pointless, you might as well just tell people up front you have their money and you don't care.
You case management system is garbage and does not inform customers of anything. 

You'll not get anything from more for any of your garbage quality games again
