We'll also take a look to see what might have happened to ensure processes were followed.
Hopefully it doesn't happen again, but if you do need to contact support again, it may help a lot to log out first, then log in with your console credentials using the appropriate portal. That'll hopefully help with moving things along.

It was never truly addressed though; the only reason the problem has been solved is because I had to go through my bank and get it refunded since the product was never delivered, even though my funds were taken. I gave each employee I talked to the proper POP pictures straight from my PC, any information they asked for, and nothing was ever done about it and then the next day it would be the same damn thing all over again asking for information my case and the other emails already had. I never did get the coins I paid for but it doesn’t matter now that I was able to get a refund through my bank. So unfortunately, my stance hasn’t changed in the slightest; this is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No one wants to be told everyday their problem will be solved, just to have to wait till the next day for someone to reply and then it being a whole different person who does the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous. 4 days and nothing happened until I had to step in and get things done myself.
