@RotblutAlready been done this entire past 2 weeks. A whole event is about to go by thanks to some troll who saw fit to use the report function as a weapon. I have been repeatedly getting the same canned responses without any attempt to reach any kind sense. They were not going to have any investigation done in this matter.
For context the ban is over them highlighting a word that could be short form for Re-target.
Thanks

Another flaccid response from EA or EA affiliates. Do I have to report every infraction committed in a game to EA Support? Feel free to use the search user function on Origin or Steam and type in any offensive word or phrase and start banning people in that list. It is also odd that this rule only applies to English and not Mandarin or Cantonese?
At some point you have to start getting realistic about enforcing rules. No one is impressed with cherry picking and making examples of anyone or anything. Perhaps EA should hire a team to start cracking down on trolls as well?***Interfere with or disrupt another player's use of an EA Service. This includes disrupting the normal flow of game play, chat or dialogue within an EA Service by, for example, using vulgar or harassing language, being abusive, excessive shouting (all caps), spamming, flooding or hitting the return key repeatedly.***
I also find it odd that you can recognize that there was "trading" (even though it was in retaliation) so why is there no punishment on them? I have already filed a case about it weeks ago and nothing has been done.
Oh and forgive me, the TOS has changed multiple times. I deeply apologize if it was some law that we all had to read and comply with it daily. I have already asked EA and the forums for a list of banned words and phrases so that players can avoid it. Thus far, I have no seen anything of the sort. The EULA also has EA providing service for paying customers and that so long as the license was purchased officially, yet games like The Saboteur are no longer available and Titanfall 1 and 2 are barely functioning despite being released again very recently. These terms and conditions goes both ways. Only difference here is no one is enforcing the other way around it seems.

I don't agree with the TOS Enforcement policy of EA in general.
A lot of the suspensions are vastly exaggerated. A punishment is supposed to teach people, not to remove them from the game entirely. And these suspensions can be done better by suspending them from the chat. A simple move with better results. You keep a customer who isn't going to annoy people. And people who disrupt the gameplay seemingly remain in the game regardless of severity. So a direct influence on my game experience yields less punishment than harmless words.
