Easy Anti Cheat is owned by your competitor Fortnite so why use them?

Don't you think that they ( Easy Anti-Cheat ) might of got the memo from fortnite CEO to slow down the process of banning cheats on Apex Legends? after all if a game is plagued with cheats they will ...

@OggOne I don't think it'll be a good reason to change anticheats for now since EAC is on top of all anticheats.

Fun fact : Epic games owns unreal engine, which is used in over 1,000 games such as PUBG, Hello neighbor, etc.
