[Edited] Server, Matchmaking, Bugs, & More

I haven't really felt like there's been much of an improvement from the last season.

Servers still feel full of bugs, lagging most of the time, sometimes its even in slow-mo, (had 3 slow-mo games where EVERYONE in the lobby couldn't move). When the servers aren't the problem, the matchmaking seems to still be mixing player skills, and with the new season rank, playing Ranked is feeling like a joke, because you face all the preds of the last season, and sadly some of them are using cheats, and I think part of why servers go into slow-mo, was because of some of the cheaters DOSing the servers. It also doesn't help that the servers don't send as much data to begin with. (It has to send multiple packets, which results in the high likelihood of packet loss and such), think the tick rate is also 20, which isn't good for a battle royal. There's also the problem with going completely around a corner, and people can *still* shoot you, despite you not being in the open. (Almost like there's a hidden wall pierce hop-up or something).

The recap: I wish servers got improved, and that matchmaking gets looked into a little more. 

Also be nice if you have to be level 100 or higher to play in Ranked, kinda annoying seeing low levels in high ranks (either cuz they smurphin or cheating, often times its a cheater, I had a Bloodhound on my team constantly engaging people they couldn't track or scan for, and all you heard was "firing, enemy down" over and over. I called them out on being sus, they suddenly potatoed)

Bugs: When you get a new gun skin or charm, it no longer tells you which gun or charm has it. It shows the dot on the lobby, but not on the gun on the weapon page. Also, unsure if this is one, but my tactical randomly activates for no reason. Fuse' ult also doesn't keep doing high damage to players standing in the fire, it only does tick damage, despite being in the actual fire.
