Eliminate Aim Assist

@AimAssistischeat Aim assist for pc is for controllers? 1000 hours of effort isn't much compared to someone who's played shooters forever outside of Apex.

I've played other fps as well.
If you look at the player as a whole, I think 1,000 hours is a lot.

I was able to improve my keyboard and mouse operation with APEX, but

It wasn't until about 600 hours of play that I was able to do 100+ damage with one magazine of a fully automatic gun!

But the PAD players I saw in the game were churning out 100+ damage even with poor control...

I used to play fps on ps3, so I know how good the PAD players are at it.

The PAD is a subordinate device to the keyboard mouse　
But I've found the controller to be quite fightable even without the Aim Assist, as long as you get the controls right.　
How about that with APEX?
If you turn on Aim Assist, you can do 200 damage at times, even if you're not very good at it!
The better you operate the PAD, the more you'll still see.
It's going to look just like the auto-aim that's constantly shooting at your torso.
Aim assist is an extraordinary strength.

Cheats can be stressful, but the people who use them are bad enough to put up with them.
Aim Assist exists as an in-game feature, which stresses the people who run and develop it!
If there are no changes to Aim Assist, a lot of people will quit due to this kind of stress!
AIM assisting makes it uncompetitive and makes a mockery of the efforts of those who have worked so hard with the mouse.

@AimAssistischeat why is aim assist still a conversation? It is clear without aim assist controller players wouldn't come close to competing with M+KB

The problem is that a PAD novice is strong enough to beat an opponent stronger than you, a mouse-keyboard player.

@AimAssistischeat Aim assist is needed on controller due to the disadvantage controller players have, we have 2 sticks to control with our thumbs whereas a PC player has the option to use their entire arm, readjust the mouse and keyboard however they wish, the ability to add macros, a bunch of extra keys etc etc.

I do not think that aim assist will ever be taken out apex purely because it just has too much of a significant position within the game. It would just cause a lot of headaches for the dev team.
