End PING SPAMMING

People should not be able to ping spam "enemies" when they are downed nor their banned once their crated. The easy solution would be to limit the frequency at which you can ping, but really there sh...

I see a use for rounding a corner on the maps and seeing someone far away and pinging 3 or so times.

When a player is down and just pinging their hearts out is not ok... especially when I am battling someone else and am trying to hear footsteps or audio-cues that can help me. "I know you're down, give me a minute" is typically what I say (NOTE, this is an edited way of me actually saying it).

A few pings for certain situations, but spamming is not needed by any means.

@CocoaHyena If you are having problems hearing in game noises over pings that is also on you. A lot of us are effected none by the noise. I recommend better head set before rush trying to have the game changed.
