Event skin does not match icon

It's absolutely still possible to get in touch with support, sorry to hear you've been having some trouble doing so.
This page has some steps you can take to get in touch with an advisor, while this page clarifies what our advisors can help with as well. As you've noted, The Help Q&A Bot can only offer solutions from our help articles. It can't connect you to an EA Advisor.
With that said, if the option you're selecting from the help site is not one our advisors can assist with, it will not give you the option to contact them. In this case our support is not able to change event skin icons or grant a different skin, which is why this issue would not give you the option to speak with an advisor.
Instead, this would be something that would need to be reported as feedback or a bug. Each of these options are done here via the forums, so you've mostly gotten to the right place in the end here!
While we are not able to exchange any skins or cosmetics you've received, if there's an icon that doesn't seem to match the actual item we can absolutely pass that along for the team to investigate. Was there another issue you'd found with this skin aside from it not matching the icon?
