Event Skins are not craftable

@nyxsandstorm This is quite normal. Event skins never was able to be crafted unless it was an heirloom event.

@nyxsandstorm Collection Event skins are craftable but honestly too expensive 2400 crafting metals isn’t worth it, non collection event skins are not craftable except in the odd case like when crypto,bangalore, and caustic got new skins added permanently
