Evo Harvester Locations

I read in the patch notes for one of the updates a couple weeks ago and it said one of the "fixes" was to move the Evo Harvesters into the area of play.  Why are so many out on the edges of the map?

This seems to have been fixed for the most part.  Way fewer evo harvesters out on the edges.

I wouldn't call that a "fix" at all, unless the "problem" was that the developer hates cautious, cold-drop players.
