Evo shield Blinds when level Up

This issue has existed since who shields were introduced and respawn still hasn't fixed it.
It’s less than a second and it will happens three times maximum, if you start with lv1 evo shield... if it’s significantly effected your game play then I suggest reporting it on technical issues or bug reports sections of the forum.
- @Alphabets I think that already exists other threads about this, but they didn't do anything.
