False Abandon Penalty

Why has this game not fixed this yet? Why do I get kicked from multiple games every day and still cop an abandonment penalty? At this rate I have to wait 20 mins per AP just to wait for the next match to kick me again? Am I going crazy or have they just given up on this game? Ps. I have great wifi, all I want is to be able to play more than 1 game before getting AP, I would understand if I was leaving the match myself every time but that’s just not the case here.
