False Advertisement and how you plan to fix it

While I understand that from the start this event has been messed up, I tried to enjoy it regardless because your EA website claimed we would have a decently priced event. However when I logged in this morning to finally buy the charm I have been waiting for I find that instead of its advertised price of 7 dollars you guys are charging 11. Now I have 7 in my account since that is what your website said it would be priced and will have to spend 10 more dollars if I want to pay the new price you sprung on us. This practice of advertising one price and charging another is illegal though so I am reaching out to see how you will make this right

  • @Drakenguard22  I do agree the whole apex coins concept is annoying... they should atleast charge 100 apex coins for $0.99 and 500 apex coins for $4.99 so you don’t have to pay $9.99 to only buy a $5-7 item, I’ve actually been tempted to purchase an item a few times because I only needed alittle extra apex coins but I wasn’t wasting $10 for the ammount I needed

@FaIIenAngeI777 My problem is they say on the website the pathfinder charm will be 700 coins when in fact they are charging 1100 coins for it. Thats almost double what they are claiming to be selling it for

@Drakenguard22They were selling the longbow skin for 1100 but marked down to 700, maybe they saw where a guy was complaining a few days ago that they payed full price for the skin last year and were mad that they not only brought it back but discounted so maybe they changed it back to full price because of that

@FaIIenAngeI777 That would make sense if charms existed last year but they didn't and the frame which was here last year is discounted as well... Not trying to argue but I dont think they were listening if that was the idea they were going for lol
  • @Drakenguard22 Would like to add that removing the picture after the fact is too late and now has given me the proof I needed that this is being willfully done to misinform customers and try to scam them out of extra money.
