Feature request: native windows spatial sound support
The ISpatialAudioClient interface enables a client to create audio streams that emit audio from a position in 3D space. This interface is a part of Windows Sonic, Microsoft’s audio platform for more immersive audio which includes integrated spatial sound on Xbox and Windows.
Windows Sonic is Microsoft’s platform-level solution for spatial sound enabling both surround and elevation (above or below the listener) audio cue and works with any plain stereo headphones without special hardware or additional software.
That will be a major update on surround sound experience during the game. It supports up to 112 dynamic objects on Windows version which it will definitely can enhance audio detail.
