Feature: Server Selector / Chooser & Realtime Ping on Main Menu

Good day , 

Would the developers be able to add the ability to change servers , without restarting the entire game client  - on steam & origin versions of the game. 

Also could they show a more accurate realtime - ping , i noticed it only pings upon first boot of the game , perhaps everytime u want to change servers it should refresh the list on the selector?
