Feedback on Unfair Evo Harvester Spawn Logic (Storm Point)

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a critical issue with the current Evo Harvester spawn logic, which is severely impacting early-game fairness, particularly on Storm Point and E-District.

Currently, Evo Harvesters frequently spawn extremely far from neutral zones, rather than dropping evenly between competing teams. We constantly encounter situations where multiple squads are contesting a general area, yet the Harvester spawns right next to one specific squad. This allows them to get an effortless, immediate upgrade to Blue Armor, while the other squads have no viable way to contest it safely.

Please refer to the attached screenshot for a clear example: As circled in red, four squads dropped in these neighboring locations for their fixed landing spots. However, only one location was blessed with an Evo Harvester spawn right on top of them. This gives that single advantaged squad a massive gear lead to easily wipe everyone else out.

  • Very good point!

Totally agree on idea that Evo should by default spawn in neutral areas of the map, choke points so everyone can know this in advance and plan which one to contest if contest at all.

It would also provide additional tactics in terms of picking legends - more mobile or more passive.

Also I would add that Blue + first upgrade feels just "free" vs purple and second upgrade that many don't even live to get. It used to be that red armor was really hard to get - you had to do huge damage or regularly win fights and swap / steal better upgraded armors from enemies. Blue already felt like achievement, purple was basically late game indicator who ratted and who did fight / strategically went for materials and crafters to upgrade armor.

These days you see people fight exclusively on Blues right from the start apart from cheaters who will solo push you on white and still win :D or bad players, who don't realize the difference between white (headshot charged senti shot and bye bye) vs blue (survive that and reheal).

I would not only put Evo on neutral grounds but also increase number of damage required for blue to like 700+. I think dynamics of high risk / high reward early fights should be restored while not forcing say Vantage players to hit 3 out of 6 ult shots to kill enemy on Purple already after like 5 min of game play.
