• bring back previous free anniversary rewards (could be via the shop to buy to complete) missed 5th anniversary challenges and they were some of the best cosmetics 

• Shop feels very boring there’s no hype it’s the same old stuff and layout looks old

• Bring new recolours out as there’s unreleased ones

• what happened to charms did you all stop making them? Not in bp anymore

• Badge shop? Missed a lot of cool badges and personally feel the badge quality has gone down hill and haven’t liked any in years same old colours (green, red, purple, blue) what about pink?

•There’s no valentines badges anymore either and unable to get previous ones. Could reuse them for people who don’t have them or create new ones?!

• battle passes and badges never match e.g previous Wattson and valk bp was cutesy and badge was not. Feel like no cohesiveness for events either. Events should match or go with the same theme as a prestige e.g green six pack legends for ash prestige skin

• instead of changing weapons add new ones? Re45 was changed completely could have been a new weapon 

• matchmaking is messed up, constantly get afk new accounts 

• no account that’s not new should be reset to rookie even if not played ranked in a few seasons. Rookie should be for new players 

• don’t match people who have the same legend selected - causes people to leave/hostility
