FF X Apex - Buster Sword Cosmetic

If you didn't know already, when the Final Fantasy event comes out, players would be able to get event packs, (either by buying packs directly or by using the event credits in the event store), to open up for a chance to get the Buster Sword as a universal heirloom weapon.

The catch is, there's 36 items, and I'd assume you'll only get 1 or 2 packs for free, and they'll most likely won't be the Buster Sword, (knowing the odds). That begs the question, "would it be buyable via heirloom shards?" Nope, after the event, you can't get it.

I don't understand this concept. Its an heirloom cosmetic, it should be buyable with shards. Furthermore, players from places like Belgium wouldn't be able to even get it since buying event packs with either method is banned by their government.

Keeping it out of the Mythic store, (and barely giving Belgium players a chance to get packs to make up for not being able to buy them since its considered gambling), seems like its gatekeeping a lot of players from being able to enjoy new cosmetics. (I hear you grumbling over all the recolors, but its a universal heirloom weapon, who wouldn't want it, besides people who don't like Final Fantasy?)

In short: The heirloom weapon needs to be one of two things:

- Earnable during AND after the event via event packs or shards
- Earnable via event challenges, which would make sense to be during the event only

I think it should be event challenged based, as this gives ALL players the chance to earn an heirloom that would otherwise be primarily unobtainable.
